The site is currently taken place with the timeline of Season 1. With each new episode the plot thickens and a unquie story comes into light. For the benefit of all the characters on the site, I hope you keep up with the happenings on Grey's. You are not boxed in as to what only happens on the show. Use the show's plot as guidelines for your own storyline. Be creative but stick to your character's true identity!
So remember Derek and Meredith are not dating yet or even married. Meredith is still an intern and the wonderful George is also still alive.
