For anyone who would like to advertise for the game, please use the following code AND wording when doing so (making sure to follow the rules for whatever community or board you are posting to). [b]A TORCHWOOD EXPANDED UNIVERSE RPG[/b]

The story and plot pick up with the return of Captain Jack Harkness to his team after vanishing for nearly a year. He ran off with the Doctor to live "the year that never was" without a word to his team--his friends--and he has no idea what they're reactions will be to his return.

While he was gone, Gwen Cooper has been leading the team and running the hub and doing a fairly good job at it. Will there be a power struggle between them or will things slip back into place?

Outside the Cardiff hub, things are changing. The team has been hearing rumbling of the rebuild and return of Torchwood One in London and the Glasgow hub, Torchwood Two has suddenly "poped" back-up on the grid. Does this all spell desastor for the Cardiff team, or might they find new allies?

[b][u]The Torchwood Institute[/u][/b] is a Canon and Original Character based, Free Style-Writing, Sci-Fi Role Playing Game based on the BBC Series [i]Torchwood[/i] created by Russell T. Davis and expanded on by its players.

[b][u]The Torchwood Institute[/u][/b] is an Online RPG for Canon and Original characters from all over the Torchwood and Whoverse and we are currently looking to fill character spaces of ALL TYPES! Torchwood team members, UNIT personnel, time agents, aliens, bad guys, you name it and we're probably looking for it! We are also accepting applications for most minor canon characters such as K-9 and PC Andy.
